In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the reservation due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide a full refund for monies paid. No further financial claims will be considered.

The stay in our chambres d’hotes can solely be for the reason of touristic purposes, with a limited duration of stay. Guests can in no circumstances seek another legislation or general right besides above to continue his/her stay.

The tourist tax (taxe de sejour) is a local tax, which has to be fulfilled by guest to owner. This amount is included in the room charge. The owner will reimburse the tourist tax to the tax retriever.

General Terms of stay

You are welcome to arrive between 4.00pm – 730pm. If your travel plans dictate a later arrival, or you are delayed en-route, please let us know by phone/text.

Please park along the side of the B&B barn. We allow cycles and motorcycles to be stored in our garage.

No persons in excess of the number agreed at the time of booking are to occupy the room.

NON SMOKING inside the B&B. Smoking is only permitted outside, only if this does not disturb other guests. No smoking in the swimming pool area.

No liability shall be accepted by us for loss, damage or theft of personal property belonging to guests, either in property or in/to cars, bicycles or other vehicles left on the property. Nor shall liability be accepted by the owners for accident or injury to guests, either within the property or outside.

No pets allowed

Please do inform us as soon as possible if you have a complaint with your accommodation or if you find that anything is faulty within the accommodation that needs our attention., so that we can assist and repair or make alternative arrangements. Due to the limited period of stay, it may not be possible to repair such items during the period of your stay.

Please inform us as soon as possible of any breakages that may occur.

The guests shall be deemed to maintain peace, and use the appliances, building and furniture solely for their purposes only. The guest is obligated to leave the room (s) in good condition.

Please respect other guests and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm

Please ensure that you have your own travel insurance as we do not provide this.

Wi-Fi is provided free of charge however we cannot always guarantee a consistent service, we do not guarantee; the availability of the service, the speed at which information may be transmitted or received via the service; or that the service will be compatible with your equipment or any software which you use.

No candles or naked flames are permitted in the property.

in line with the new GDPR regulations any sensitive information is kept for 1 week after your stay with us and then credit card details are destroyed. We never pass on information to third parties.

It is the guests responsibility to supervise their children at all times in the swimming pool and swimming pool area. Please don’t take any glass or china crockery into the swimming pool area.
